We're not going to get into the specifics, but if you combine ammonium nitrate and some other nasty things on a repurposed warship, you've got a floating time bomb. Nobody told the spectators in the Port of Texas City on April 16th, 1947 though... Munitions, flying anchors, the mob, the Texas City Disaster.
