This model is great for professionals (such as managers), but also it is great for individuals to understand the diversity of personalities that exist within society. It is even great to understand the many different personalities we have within our own families (especially the CALD families). 
 
TRUST ME stands for:

2. Relate-ability (we)
3. Uniqueness (me)
4. Structure Sustainability (we)
5. Tenacity (me)
6. Meaning (we)
7. Evolution (me) 

These will all make total sense once you start listening to this episode. We recommend you have a pen and paper and jot down notes whilst stopping and starting this episode.
