The Natural Selection had a bloody great time with this week's Halloween-inspired theme. We learned all about blood, from red-blooded puppies to green-blooded skinks with Ocellated ice fish in between. We found out that medicine got lucky with the horseshoe crab, we got a taste of sanguinivores, and uncovered why friendship among vampire bats doesn't suck.
