I was so excited about this collaboration with two dynamic Latinas who are paving the way for other young, professional women of color to have interesting conversations. As we talked about our lives and our work, the conversation took an interesting turn and we started to talk about the things that make being a woman of color hard. We talked about some of the things we've encountered and had to endure as women of color and what we are doing to change the narrative.
