Things that I've actually learned when buying a house if you've been divorced before. See, I told you I was gonna bring the divorce part. You need to make sure the divorce decree. So something that actually put me on the boat? Yes. So I was granted in the divorce decree that I am sole owner of the property. 

if you're receiving alimony, child support, make sure that you actually have that documentation. If you're if it's not, on a court order document, make sure that you have it through the Child Support Department of Child Support. Services, I think it is something that it's our state, not handwritten, I mean, it's not you have it, you have to have it documented. If not, you have to make sure that you have at least six months of it, that it's been that they paid that off every single month, so that you can actually use it, but that might be something else that you would have to do, you would need to talk to your lender.
