Many women don't know about cervical cancer, what the symptoms are, or how to get screened. According to the Canadian Cancer Society, an estimated 1,450 Canadian women will be diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2022. An estimated 380 will die from it.
Cervical cancer is a very serious disease that can often be treated successfully if it's caught early. Unfortunately, many women don't know anything about it.
