Coach Dan Olkkonen is a 1991 graduate of White Pine High School. While at White Pine he played football in a co-op with Ewen Trout Creek. He received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Northern Michigan University in Secondary Education with a double major in Social Studies and PE. He received a Masters Degree in 2001 in Secondary Education from Marygrove College.

He coached football at Kingsford from 1998 till 2001 and has coached Flivver Basketball for over 20 years. He started coaching football again this year, helping out with our Freshman team.
