Cortnie is a wife, mom of two, screen printer, and retail shop owner in Iowa City. Making the decision to go into art after three years of studying biology at the University of Iowa seems to be absolutely the right decision for Cortnie. From there, she started making art and showing in small gallery spaces. With some positive feedback, she took the leap into retail.
