In this episode, we are discussing the second phase of the menstrual cycle - the ovulatory phase! This phase brings a lot of energy, sex drive, communication skills, and socialization.
We talk about what our hormones are doing during the ovulatory phase, what our energy looks like, what we want to do for exercise, and what foods are going to make us feel our best.
For many people (including us previously), the ovulatory phase is thought of as a time when you don't want to have sex if you don't want to get pregnant. That's pretty much all we're taught about it.
There is so much more going on in our bodies during this phase of our cycle and we know how important it is for all people to learn about their bodies. This is why we have dedicated an entire month to this series.
Knowledge is power and allows us to make empowered decisions for ourselves and our health. The more we know about our bodies, the more we can feel good and enjoy our lives.
If this episode was valuable to you, made you think in a new way, or taught you something you didn't know, please share it with a friend. Your support is so greatly appreciated and helps our show grow! We can't thank you enough.
Love,
