Joe Coots grew up in Winnebago, IL, a definite sports town. When he needed a summer job in college, his football coach sent him to the theater department to help build sets.  The next summer he was on stage.  After graduating with a Criminal Justice degree, he worked in the Athletic Departments of The College of William & Mary and Northern Illinois University before he gave into the acting bug.  His first steady role was in the cast of the national tour of The Full Monty.  He was later in the national tour of Kinky Boots.  In addition to the stage, he has been on more that 20 television shows.   Tequila: Kah Tequila Anejo
