Joe Peppers played basketball for two years, ran track, and played rugby while at West Point.  Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy, Joe served as a Field Artillery officer in the U.S. Army and deployed to combat three times to Iraq.  He was a Company Commander in his last position in the Army.

Upon his departure from the military, Joe has held several leadership roles in the corporate sector and ran a non-profit organization in the Jacksonville, Florida area called Kids Hope Alliance.  He currently works as a Senior Business Coach with Amazon.
