In this episode we talk about a topic we recently discussed at a Carolina Women in Tech meetup around mentorship with our special guest host, Carly Gardner. When talking with the members of this organization, a number of women discussed the needs, desires, and challenges of finding and sustaining mentor and mentee relationships.
