Tiffany Hamilton-Atkins is a yoga + embodiment teacher, mystic, writer and devoted spiritual seeker.

She is a poet, practicing mystic, and seeker of the divine Mother. She is endlessly awed by the mystery and how it shows up in her body, life, and being. She is a yoga teacher, Body Temple Dance facilitator, and embodiment guide, creating profoundly healing spaces for her students. She is a student of non-dual Tantra, which guides her both in life and teaching. Above all, she is a deep lover of movement.

Based in London, Tiffany leads weekly movement classes, retreats and workshops.
