Tiffany’s journey to opening Buttercream Bake Shop took her from Maui to NYC to DC. She left her hometown on Maui to became an award-winning pastry chef at some of NYC's best restaurants, including Michelin-starred Cru & Allen and Delancey. From there, she headed to DC where she continued to rack up the awards: Best Pastry Chef at 2010 RAMMY Awards, selected as a James Beard Award semi-finalist 3 years in a row & featured in Food & Wine, The Local Palate, Art Culinaire & on Travel Channel’s Food Paradis
