The narrative of Don't Move centers on a young woman grappling with a difficult history, who considers ending her life by leaping from a secluded cliff. At the moment she is ready to jump, a man unexpectedly arrives and prompts her to reconsider her decision. Choosing to return home, she soon finds herself face-to-face with a local serial killer who administers a drug that renders her paralyzed, stripping her of the ability to move or speak.
