Vin has faced a profound journey through crippling anxiety, panic
attacks, and intense depression. For a long time, he felt trapped in a state of
victimhood, perceiving only darkness. Eventually, Vin recognized the impact of
his beliefs on his well-being, which led him to a transformational shift in his
mindset.
He began exploring ways to take ownership of his life and became someone
who actively created his future rather than being pulled along by it.
With over a decade of combined experience as a licensed psychotherapist,
firefighter, business owner, and mindset coach, Vin has gained extensive
