As a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, she specializes in postpartum fitness, weight loss, and nutrition for women dealing with hormonal issues like PCOS. Taylor’s personal transformation—losing 120 pounds, including 75 pounds gained during her 2021 pregnancy—fuels her passion for helping others.

At Rizzo Health Fitness, Taylor emphasizes the connection between mental health and physical well-being, understanding that both go hand in hand. She provides holistic support, recognizing that fitness and nutrition are key parts of a balanced life.

Living with ADHD, PCOS and endometriosis herself, Taylor is committed to helping women prioritize their well-being while managing these challenges.
