• What are your thoughts on a soft level cap for expansions? For example in BFA level cap of 115 until patch 8.2 and then 120 until end of expansion. Do you think this would help with some of the problems of over gearing or at least allowing them more wiggle room for how it scales up.
• How do you guys see how the development of the game's infrastructure/tools so to speak influences community and in turn raid/guild commitment?
• What do you guys think about merging the factions?
• I managed to finally get a ticket to blizzcon this year and it will be the first time I’ve ever been to a con of any sort or even out of Canada on my own. What advice do you have for a terrified first timer con goes?
• What do you both think about the pacing of Essence unlocks?
• What's your current neck level and when do you anticipate hitting 65?
• Jason, do you think you will have AOTC before all level 3 essences?

• What percentage of the WoW player base do you think engages in WoW adjacent media? Podcasts/Twitch/Youtube etc.
• How do you think the atmosphere around the game would change if more people were involved in the discussion surrounding the game?
• Do you think the choice Horde has to make between Sylvannas and Thrall could have been blizzard putting out a survey for possibly changing the alliance horde dynamic in the game in future expansions?
• What do you guys do to get into the zone for progression raiding? Any rituals or habits you find yourself doing before/during the fights?
• Now that you've got to really sink your teeth into the essence system how are you finding it? Favorite/least favorite parts? Do you think something like this will continue post-BFA or will we likely see another system introduced?
