This documentary follows the journey of a group of young filmmakers trying to meet and interview writer and director John Hughes. He is famous for writing and directing some of the most influential films of the 80's and 90's like The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Weird Science, Uncle Buck and Sixteen Candles just to name a few.  Along the way they find and interview many people directly involved with the Hughes films and the history of film.
