Skies and Currents

Episode 34: Eclipse Season

Listen Later

This week marks the first anniversary of the Skies & Currents podcast!

I’m astounded that an entire year has passed, and I am profoundly and sincerely grateful for the personal growth and opportunity this podcast has brought into my life. Sincerest thank you to every one of you who has listened and supported us along the way. Theresa and I never imagined we could grow and sustain this audience and community as quickly as we have, and we feel blessed to share our work with you.

In a beautiful moment of synchronicity, it just so happens that our one-year anniversary coincides with the release of a gorgeous new introduction to the podcast. We are incredibly grateful to Warpaint for allowing us to use their music in the show. Extra special thanks to Emily Kokal and Theresa Wayman for their friendship and long-time support of my astrology practice. They are among an early group of supporters whose encouragement and enthusiasm for my gifts gave me the courage to pursue astrology as a vocation, and it’s incredibly meaningful that we have the opportunity to thread their art into the fabric of our show. Thank you also to Jennylee Lindberg, Stella Mozgawa, Mia Kirby, and Cedric Lemoyne for making this happen.

Thank you also to our dear friend and editor extraordinaire, Kevin Klauber, for editing it together for us.

In the episode, we chat about the new eclipse series that opens with the lunar eclipse in Pisces this Tuesday, September 17th. We talk about what might be opening up for us in the Pisces-Virgo axis of our charts over the next 18 months, as well as tips for taking extra care of yourself through the double whammy of eclipse season conspiring with Mars in Cancer at the beginning of his retrograde cycle.

with love,

Christina & Theresa
