You've probably heard about some of the adventures of Amelia Earhart and Bessie Coleman, but let me introduce you to the young woman known as the "Flying Flapper of Freeport" After a chance flight on a French biplane, Elinor just KNEW that she belonged in the air. She was the youngest licensed pilot in the world AND performed an impressive feat at 17 years old.
