In a little surprise for my best friends, on this episode I sat down with George White and we talked everything that goes into being an engineer. He highlighted the steps that a person needs to take to become an engineer of any kind outside of the military, included an engineer's version of the BAR (which is the test that prospective lawyers have to take before they become full-fledged lawyers.) He also expanded on all the outside factors that affects his job and reflects about the lack of minority representation in the engineering industry and in STEM careers in general, and what is being done to change that.
