Being curious about different cultures is what Febronia and I have in common, so it was a pleasure to talk to her and hear about her personal and professional experiences in working and communicating with a range of people with diverse cultural backgrounds.
It is her insatiable curiosity that drives her to connect with others, fuelling valuable conversations that lead to greater understanding and collaboration.
However, we both recognise that there is a darker side to curiosity and
I really liked what Febronia said that sometimes we need to step back in our curiosity and listen more rather than rushing ahead to get through our agendas.
