How contemplating death can help you live more fully now
Its remembrance day here in the UK and yes it’s a gloomy November with the days getting rapidly shorter and shorter. And yes there’s a whole load of stuff to worry about but everything changes and one day (hopefully a long time from now) your life will end.
The best way to honour all those who gave their lives to protect yours is to live fully now.
So get out of the overwhelm and connect your heart - what would make your heart sing today? What would make you truly happy?
What do you want to be remembered for? What gifts do you have to share with the world?
Because overwhelm can trick you into feeling so crushed that you think you don’t matter. How you are in the world matters very much. We need you and your unique gifts and perspective.
So this episode invites you to think about how you want people to talk about you after you have gone.
