Are you a healthy person?  I like to think that I am, but in reality, I might be lacking in some areas.  This week I talk about my current health status and how I'm trying to improve it.  I have some goals attached to being healthy too.  I believe we owe it to ourselves to be healthy and I'm not talking about the gym (this time).  Are we working at our peak performance or are we just not aware of that level?  Join me as I share my thoughts and hopes for myself and for you!
