Lax Drivas, is one of our new trainers at F45, his heart is so BIG, he had to be a part of The Mlrcp podcast. Coach Lax is destined for v.i.p heaven. He comes down to the mic today to discuss his life growing up in poverty, being a troubled youth telling off the principal, homelessness, being a young father, experiencing loss of close family and friends around him, trauma of abuse, and most importantly we talk about how he uses love and shares his love to everyone in his life.
