Relationships are a huge part of how we learn, grow and spiritually expand while in Earth school. Some relationships create wounds, some relationships heal wounds.

Pull up a chair, go run your errands, grab a drink or whatever it is you do while you are tuning in, do that so we can get into this discussion!

• People who trigger you are helping you heal
• All of your relationships are either a mirror, teacher or expander
• People will treat how treat yourself
