Today with talk with Aaron Wanserski from the Center for suicide awareness. He tells us what it means to be the video game outreach director for the center. He also explains how video games can help cope with various forms of mental illness. We also talk video games in general, collecting, movies etc. We want to make clear this is a light discussion of a very dark subject. What Aaron aims to do is normalize talking about these things and break the stigma of shame and shed the anxieties to share with someone when you need help.
