This week we have Peter Macone on the show! Pete is a partner in two downtown staples, Republic Cafe and Campo Enoteca. Republic celebrated 10 years in 2019, and  was one of the first farm-to-table restaurants in the state. Campo opened in 2014, and features an Italian and Roman menu, including house made pastas and breads. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they made the decision to move the two restaurants under one roof. Republic & Campo are both located at 969 Elm St. in downtown Manchester, NH. Pete discusses his restaurant's take on farm-to-table cuisine, his hopes for downtown Manchester, and his love of the Manchester restaurant community. You can find Pete at the restaurant nightly, or on the weekends as a reggae DJ, @dj_ras1, at some of his favorite local breweries.
