Listen Later

This Week In Arsenal, Sash (@ltarsenal on Twitter) and Sham (@Shamsdale) welcome back illustrious guest Chiddy (@chiddyafc) to discuss the last week's matches and news. First, they go over the controversial goal in Arsenal's 1-0 loss at Newcastle, analyzing each element of Anthony Gordon's problematic winner as well as why it shouldn't have stood. There is also a discussion of concerns over the PGMOL's lack of impartiality and how refereeing in the Premier League can be improved. The three then move on to Wednesday's comfortable 2-0 win at home to Sevilla. Specifically, they analyze Leandro Trossard's performance and whether he should play CF over Eddie Nketiah until Gabriel Jesus returns, as well as who Arsenal's starting LB should be out of Takehiro Tomiyasu and Oleksandr Zinchenko, and why Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli were able to find more space than in the Premier League. The trio close out with a discussion regarding what to do about yet another injury setback for Thomas Partey and whether Arsenal's attack is cause for concern.
