The first update is that the new release schedule for the show will be every Tuesday and Friday beginning on Tuesday July 13th.

I want to be able to give each episode a bit more focus and energy & although I’ve loved recording daily, I think I’ve reached that point where a more modest schedule will make more sense for the show.
