Criticism is something that we simply won't be able to go through life without...constructive or not...it's comin' for ya. But what if we could USE that criticism to uplevel and grow our states of Happiness? It's already what most truly Happy people do...question is, do you want to do it? If you're going to get it...if you're going to dish it... Then you might as well create more Happiness around it!
