We head out to West Shore Brewing and sit down with Joe and Ryan from Vertical Vines, a hop farm in Lockport, NY just outside of Buffalo! They get into what it takes to maintain a hop farm, how they started and what they are doing to help the local scene grow with their product. With their hops being used by the likes of West Shore, Rusty Nickel, New York Beer Project, Old First Ward and Brickyard Brewing, they have their hops all over the local scene!
