In this episode of the Invest for More Real Estate Show, Carter goes over why he has no desire to hold single family houses as rentals! Of course, this does not mean that you shouldn't pursue this if that is what you wish. 

I highly encourage everyone to get into real estate investing at whatever level they feel comfortable. I would just warn against some of the pitfalls that single-family house rentals have. The last thing we want is for you to be caught in a position where you own a house that is causing more headaches than what it is worth. 

Our strategy is to flip/wholesale single-family houses and keep the large unit properties!
