Having just gone through an election of deacons in the congregation he serves, Barry explains some of the practical steps that were taken. Together, Kyle and he give the biblical basis for why Presbyterian churches, which are elder-led, allow congregations to have a significant role in the choosing of their officers. Kyle then discusses the stand in Presbyterianism against imposition. They both go on to share practical guidelines for how to prepare a congregation for elections.
