Bianca Peynado is a Vice President and Senior Program Manager at a global financial institution that she has worked for throughout the last 7 years. She is also the founder & CEO/President of a non-profit (Roadblock Foundation) designed to combat cyber-bullying, empower others, and create a healthier and safer online environment.

Bianca is a commercial model and actress signed to Level Talent Agency in Florida. She is an Impact Board Member on behalf of her employer for Synapse Florida, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders to accelerate success in Florida’s thriving economies.

She also is a Board Member for World Youth Horizons, a global non-profit 501(c)(3) charity organization that provides support to youth around the world by providing food, shelter, education, and experiences to help improve their economic conditions and to encourage youth to expand their horizons.

Bianca is also a public speaker passionate about innovation, community outreach & empowerment, entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and emerging technology trends.
