Appearance

Crystal clear and straw to medium yellow with a white head.

Aroma

Lovely bread crust and biscuit with some earthy and floral/dried flower hop notes.

Taste

A nice honey-like sweetness enters and joins the aroma notes on the palate along with an earthy minerality coming in later.

Mouthfeel

Silky on the palate, wrapping around the tongue with soft carbonation.

Overall

Congratulations and Happy Anniversary to Threes! I could definitely see myself having a few of these as part of a celebration or sorts. Pairing for this is clearly German beer hall fare, though anything that isn’t too spicy or full in flavor would probably work.
