Anna is a qualified specialising in past lives and trauma, including ancestral and generational trauma which is particularly relevant in her community. She is also a long time reiki practitioner and is Co Founder of Ubuntu, Liverpool's Black Wellbeing Collective.
Anna's work is deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom rather than the taught European history! She believes that in the west we often overlook this multi layered, community based approach where physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing go hand in hand. She works alongside other therapists and practitioners, de-colonising therapy and bringing it to the wider community, often for free
Her favorite sessions are definitely past life regression as they are always fascinating and all of her sessions are full of what she calls 'juicy goodness' - bringing healing on every level and strength to step into our power, becoming our true, authentic selves.
