A joke, a good story, or a sharp jab at local hockey referees, Bernie Poitras can be heard as often as he can be seen around local sporting venues!  He's been the voice of many rodeo, chuckwagon races and minor hockey broadcasts throughout the Lakeland.  And if he's not on the air, he volunteers his pipes to do the PA announcing.  While he's worked full time for many years in and around the oil industry, he's never been far from his true passion as a sports broadcaster and has been successfully keeping his dream alive.  Bernie shares his stories from behind the mic and some of the characters he's encountered over the years.  A great volunteer and community supporter, Bernie is, Someone Completely Interesting!
