In this week’s episode, we are breaking down one of my favourite TRAINING2XL mantras/ philosophies … do the simple things, do them well, do them often. This is a saying that I’ve shared before on CHALK TALK, and one I’m consistent with sharing across the board because I really do believe great things come when we focus on the quality, simplicity, and consistency of our daily habits.
I think it’s easy to get caught up on the flashy trends and the “sexy sales” of workouts, supplements, and more, but I want this to serve as a reminder to you, that in a lot of ways, living a healthy and thriving life is simple - that doesn’t mean it’s easy to do, but I think it often gets overcomplicated (as we continue to get overstimulated).
