In this episode, I am going to dive into my passions and explore how that's going to show up in my business. I've always believed that when we are supported, we can do great things. In my own life when it comes to doing what I love to do, I have had plenty of people tell me that I am out of touch with reality and that I live with my head in the clouds. But we need people just like that because we need to push the status quo a little at a time. I've decided that I will be spotlighting small business owners and answering your questions on this podcast.

What does spotlighting mean? I have a form that you can fill out with the information, and I will record a podcast episode based on your information. There will also be a blog post and a newsletter mention. And I am doing this because I believe in people, their ideas, their passions, and that they need to be supported. This is one way I am able to do this.

I want a space that is free of judgment, fear, and worry and where people who are not comfortable sharing any part of their identity still get the support they deserve.

I've been a problem-solver my entire life and know that problems can turn into the abyss of frustration that tends to reach a level of enoughness. Problem-solving in itself is fairly simple, but what isn't always simple is patience, overcoming fears and doubts, and taking action because we believe we must be confident first before we leap.
