Marcy shares her incredible story about the S.C.A.D. (Sudden Coronary Artery Dissection) Heart Attack she suffered on Sept. 11, 2020.   Like many she downplayed her symptoms until suddenly a light went on and she realized "I'm having a Heart Attack!" 

As a former nurse and badass fitness instructor Marcy is the last person you would think would have a heart attack and we  dive in to what happened that day and talk about the ups and downs of life since.
