event of the season 2022-23 season - Magic World Championship XXIX as

The Third World Championship Information and a bit of information about

the Mystery event have been revealed!

World championship happening Dec 14-16, with 64 players competing. $157k

monetary prizing in addition to in-game badges, titles, card backs,

icons, and the top 2 players will be the first “Architects of Legends”

having a lasting impact on the game by being able to work directly with

the devs to create their own Follower Card (1st) and Spell Card (2nd).

A final Last Chance Qualifier will run Nov 25-26 for 2 spots that lead

directly to the World Championship in December.

Qualifiers from previous Runeterra Opens (non-Worlds Qualifiers) from

each region and some creators will be invited to a special event in the

early part of 2024 at the Riot Campus in LAX to get a sneak peek at some

of the things planned for 2024.
