Along with his wife, Rachel Hott, Steven Leeds is the co-founder and co-director of the NLP Center of New York. Not surprisingly, he agrees with me that NLP is an essential skill set for effective coaching, but I wonder if you'll be as surprised as I was when he mentions who he believes started the use of the word "coaching" outside of sports.
