In this episode, I chat with Jesenia of @pmddwarriors on Instagram. She gives some insight on Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, also known as PMDD. This has to do with a woman's menstrual cycle. "In short terms, it's PMS on steriods." This episode was really insightful for me. I'd never heard of PMDD before. It is interesting and could be the answer for many women that struggle more than normal when it comes to your menstrual cycle.
