Parvati Devi the said the following to Vishrawan – “Since you have looked at me angrily, your hatred and enmity towards me is clearly visible. For this reason, you shall be known as Kubera.” After this, Lord Shiva and His consort Parvati Devi went away to live in the Kailash Parvat which is situated near Alkapuri in Himalayas.
