In this episode I share the NEW information on how your agent gets paid and how the agent representing the buyer gets paid. As the seller, you now have 3 choices, where you used to have only 1 choice.
Traditionally we shared with you the different marketing plans and how much each one would cost, assuming we were splitting the total commission with the buyer's agent.
Now there are more choices. In the best interest of YOU, the consumer, agents are going to be taking longer to make sure you have all the pros and cons of each option.

It is still an evolving practice and many methods haven't been proven, a few have.
