I have recorded this podcast to hold myself accountable. Yes, I am a health and life coach, but I am also a human and I am on this journey, right along with you - working to create my life and live to my fullest capacity.

I recently find myself "taking a break" and scrolling social media.

And after my "break," I find myself no more energized. In fact, I have less energy, and my head is even more congested after comparing myself to others and recalling memories, and adding more things to my to-do list - all results from my 15-minute scrolling session.

So today we talk about scrolling - how it is NOT resting and ways to truly reset the mind.
