Episode 35: Stepping into YOU with Taylor Woods
Today, we’re talking to the queen herself Taylor Woods: Instagram influencer, Youtube extraordinaire, & all around amazing human .
Taylor Woods is known best for her quirky personality on Youtube creating content around food, fitness and lifestyle. Taylor dives into all the fun and different fitness challenges out there in the industry and tries them out so you don’t have to pay for each of them. She gives a detailed review with likes and dislikes from Youtube challenges to actual fitness apps.
Taylor took on Youtube full time after losing her corporate job during the pandemic; she never meant to make this her full time gig but has truly leaned into the challenge.
Currently, Taylor is working to get her PT certificate to better understand all things fitness for herself and her community. Taylor’s goal is to show people how to bring back that kid in ourselves who just loved moving their body.
She is so kind, generous and an absolute light in this world we’re so grateful for the opportunity to share her story and mission.
