Handling baby’s first illness; new parents figuring out how to cope with baby being sick.
A recording mishap and one sick baby later, we’re finally releasing episode 3! It was supposed to be about crafting and fun without the baby, but due to technical difficulties (KillerRoo making mistakes) we re-recorded to bring you a short discussion on handling baby’s first disease.
Show Notes:
Cherry’s Paintings
Her High Chair – Including this because it’s actually a really good high-chair, and will last a while.
Nose Frida (Siphon) / Nose Frida Extra Filters – SUPER recommended for when your baby is stuffy. It’s generally a 2-person job to do it, and it can be uncomfortable for the baby, but they will feel SO much better (and hopefully be able to sleep for you too!)
Hand, Foot, & Mouth Disease – You don’t need to see this, but if you just can’t help yourself…
Pacifier Thermometer – This is actually a full kit of stuff that we got for her. The brush is really nice too, and the baby nail clippers are a NECESSITY. Babies get talon-nails and they grow at Wolverine-claw speeds.
Cherry Doesn’t Miss A Meal… Usually
Infant Advil (2-pack is cheaper – get this if your child is in day care, they’re going to get sick!)
